Zelda, stitched in burgundy silk charmeuse, is a homage to 1930s evening gowns. Zelda is an extraordinary design as there are no side seams. For this reason, Zelda is made to order. The halter bodice is set into a choker neckband. The lower bodice has triple darts under each breast. The skirt has seven gores. The center front skirt is attached to the bodice under the bust. Attached to this gore is a bias cut piece that begins at the side front and ends at side back and is stitched with the matte side of the charmeuse showing. Set between this piece and the center front skirt is a hip gore. The center back skirt attaches to the halter bodice at the side seam. The back of the dress features a four piece peek-a-boo back and train. The dress closes with 14 self cover buttons and loops at the back.
Dry clean only.
