Slacks with Cut-away Pockets
& Wrap Blouse
This silhouette for slacks was inspired by an illustration from a catalogue from 1943. The full-legged cut of the slacks was typical for the period. This design has cut-away pockets and 2" waistband. You will find that the rise on these slacks are lower than contemporary ones. The Slacks with Cut-away Pockets are stitched in a bone linen-cotton and have 2" cuff. The Rosalind, as well as, Desireé blouses also pair nicely with these slacks in this color.
These slacks are also offered in aubergine, rayon, faille crepe as shown with the Tunic Blouse.

The Wrap Blouse was recreated from a vintage pattern from 1947. What makes this blouse unlike any of the other tops that we offer is the fact the this blouse has no side seams. The Wrap Blouse buttons at center back and ties at center front waist. The front of the blouse has tucks under the breast and darts at the back. The sleeve shape is reminescent of a raglan sleeve and has small, self-covered, shoulder pads.
