Maxine

The Maxine ensemble is a tribute to 1930s active wear. The creme cotton check blouse is fitted at the waist and features sleeves that are gathered at the cap and have turned up cuffs held with buttons at the side.

Maxine's high-waisted jumper has four darts at the front and a long rise consistent with the period. The jumper is stitched in black cotton twill. The left side closes with large white buttons. The right side has a pocket set in the side seam. You will note the full legs in this silhouette. The slacks have a 2 1/2" cuff. White top stitching frames the bib, waistband and straps.

Dry clean or machine wash in cold water.
