Men's fashions in the early 1920s were reminiscent of Edwardian style. Their clothing had narrow shoulders and were slightly high-waisted. The silhouette was very slender in nature. The clothing fit very closely to the body in order to create a slim, streamlined shape.
The Elliot trousers are flat-front with narrow, straight-legs and are also stitched in brown & tan wool micro-stripe. The front of the trousers have not only cutaway pockets but also a small double welt watch fob pocket that is a miniature version of the pockets found at the back of the pants. At the waist you will see a 1" waistband and beltloops. These trousers are worn higher than modern pants and the rise is much longer.
