Phoebe

Phoebe is a delicate dress of decidely strong colors inspired by a fashion plate from 1922. This brick red, navy, gray and beige printed silk georgette garden dress has a hankerchief hem featuring split, three quarter, kimono sleeve with double silk georgette drape in red and beige. The waist is shaped with a series of tucks and the boat neckline is bound in red. Removable girdle is made up of red and gold braiding. Phoebe has a zipper at the side.
