Charming and unpretentious, Doralia is a two-piece suit stitched in heavy saffron and white striped cotton. This type of silhouette has not been seen since 1915. The jacket is made up of three panels with buttoned tabs that cinch in at the waist. The sleeves are three-quarter length with open cuffs and soft flounces above the wrist. The open cuffs are accented with white covered buttons. The jacket has a turtleneck variation collar closed with snaps and decorative buttons. Note the asymmetrical cut of the jacket's front outlined with 1/4 " top-stitching also found on the cuffs. The jacket is fully lined in cotton broadcloth.
Doralia's skirt is a dirndl cut with triangular panels stitched on both the front and back. These panels are lined with white cotton broadcloth that can be seen in the folds. The skirt gathers into a 1 1/2" waistband that closes with a hook and eye.
