The Camille skirt is derived from a 1920 dress illustration. This dirndl skirt with side cowls is stitched in peacock blue silk noil and has a left side zipper. The silk noil drapes beautifully as the pleats create a pyramid effect as they stack upon themselves at side cowls. Camille's ankle length was typical of skirts from before 1922.
