Sailor Shorts
The Sailor Top and Shorts were adapted from a WWII USO pin-up outfit from 1945. These shorts are deeply-pleated and read like a skirt when worn. The pleats in the front and back are top stitched near the waist for a smooth line and then left untacked for added fullness. The shorts have a 2" waistband and are stitched in royal blue, rayon gabardine. The top of the waistband is framed with white soutache and the center of the shorts feature white buttons. They have a center back zipper.
